Creative Designer

We are looking for a balanced all-rounder – an excellent idea generator with the confidence to come in, find their place within the team and hit the ground running.

A real 'do-er' who won’t be fazed when faced with a new project and will add their own magic to deliver great solutions. This individual must very quickly command the trust of both studio and account teams.

Job description:

  • Execute day to day project tasks; produce original and innovative concepts, designs and visuals to the highest standard.
  • Take briefs from Creative Director, senior creatives and members of the account team and execute accordingly.
  • Develop, guide and inspire more junior creatives
  • Effectively communicate upwards and with other agency counterparts
  • Understand the internal and external influences affecting clients’ business
  • Able to clearly articulate creative rationale behind concepts/proposals
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the following criteria within each brief
  • Creative direction
  • Project tasks and deadlines
  • An understanding of clients’ marketplace
  • An understanding of artwork/production constraints

Individual should also develop relationships with colleagues and wider team

Essential experience and skills required for position:

  • 3+ years design agency or in-house role experience
  • Ideally experience of a broad client base across multiple industry sectors
  • Excellent MAC skills

Warehouse Operative

We are looking to fill a new position, working full time in our busy warehouse near Solihull.

The role will primarily consist of picking, packing and processing customer orders generated by an online ordering system and collating printed materials. The ideal candidate will be organised, a good communicator, have basic IT skills and be well motivated.

They will need a full driving licence and be comfortable with a certain amount of heavy lifting.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £17,000 per annum.

Accounts Assistant Administrator

£8.20 p/h (£16,000 P/A ProRata) 16 hours per week

1x Accounts Assistant Administrator is required approximately 16 hours per week to enter day-to-day invoicing to our ledgers using Sage 50 and also statement reconciliations to assist our internal bookkeeping accountant.

  • Experience of Sage 50 is essential
  • Experience of Excel is essential
  • Factoring experience is desirable

Hours must be over 2 days per week days to be agreed (Tuesday - Thursday)

The role includes:

  • Purchase ledger entry
  • Sales ledger entry
  • Supplier account reconciliations
  • Creating spreadsheets for historic VAT reclaims
  • Issuing customer statements

To be successful you will need to be a numerate and accurate administrator with experience of purchase ledger and sales ledger on Sage 50.

Account / Production Executive

We are currently looking to recruit an Account / Production Executive. This role will offer an exciting opportunity to work across the different disciplines of marketing, including Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Online Marketing, Media, PR and Events, taking responsibility for both print management and client liaison.

We're looking for a real all-rounder with plenty of experience; someone who is great with clients, well organised and who has a solid knowledge of print production and studio processes.

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be restricted to:

  • You will be responsible for working within a team and with the Clients to develop and deliver offline and online marketing campaigns, which may include Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Online marketing, Media, PR and Events
  • Work very closely with our integrated teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered to agreed timescales and in line with Client briefs
  • Deal with a variety of suppliers to ensure we are always achieving the best prices in the marketplace while providing good quality services are delivered to the customer
  • Quote jobs to clients for both time and services delivered ensuring all costs are captured and being clear on what is being provided
  • Assist clients in achieving their business objectives through use of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Encourage utilisation of generic materials and campaign participation (where appropriate)
  • Write contact reports for Client meetings, prepare project and creative briefs, ensuring Client brand guidelines are met
  • Checking and approval of quotations and invoices
  • Resolve problems as they arise

The successful candidate will have:

  • Some experience in the following areas:- advertising, copy writing, POS, SP, DM, online
  • Fully conversant with studio processes
  • A good knowledge of various print processes, from leaflet and brochure work to in store display
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to see a project through from start to finish
  • Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • A confident personality with plenty of initiative, drive and ambition
  • PC / Mac literate (MS Office) with the ability to learn bespoke packages quickly.
  • Strong language skills
  • Agency experience would be preferred, but client side would be considered if worked in similar industry sectors.
